Operations Executive

We are seeking an Operations Executive to manage raw material requisitions, oversee supply tasks, monitor daily machine outputs, and ensure smooth production operations. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on in troubleshooting, quality assurance, maintenance scheduling, and compliance management.

• Key Responsibilities Raw Material & Supply Management

• Raise requisitions for raw materials and consumables.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Track inventory levels and maintain supply records.
• Production Monitoring
• 
  
• Record and analyze daily machine output results.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports.
• Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance
• 
  
• Resolve machine and process issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct quality checks on in‑process and finished goods.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and corrective actions.
• Maintenance & Compliance
• 
  
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules with tool room/maintenance team.
• Maintain compliance with ISO, and safety standards.
• Support audits and documentation requirements.
• Qualifications Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations or production management.
• Knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and QA practices.
• Familiarity with compliance standards and maintenance planning.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Compensation Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month (negotiable based on experience).
