Job Description
Job TitleProduction Engineer – Fresher
Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Production Engineer Fresher to support manufacturing and production operations. The candidate will assist in monitoring production processes, maintaining quality standards, improving productivity, and ensuring smooth shop-floor activities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily production planning and execution
- Monitor manufacturing processes and shop-floor activities
- Support production supervisors in achieving production targets
- Help maintain quality standards and reduce rejection rates
- Prepare daily production and machine reports
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issue resolution
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Participate in process improvement and 5S activities
- Assist in inventory and material handling activities
- Learn and support lean manufacturing practices
- Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Production Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Freshers can apply (0–1 year experience)
- Required SkillsBasic understanding of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of production and quality concepts
- Familiarity with MS Excel and reporting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Willingness to work in shifts if required
