Location: J-535, Near Gavali Matha, MIDC, Bhosari, Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra – 411026
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (12-hour shift)
Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Junior
Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance (QA) team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of quality inspection processes, measuring instruments, and quality documentation. Freshers with the required technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform sample inspection and batch inspection.
- Conduct inspections using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Prepare and maintain ISO documentation.
- Implement and maintain 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Prepare PPAP documents and daily production inspection reports.
- Perform 5 Why analysis and support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Participate in customer quality problem-solving activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Required SkillsGD&T and engineering drawing interpretation.
- Proficiency in measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge).
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
- Understanding of the 7 QC Tools and Root Cause Analysis.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- QualificationsITI / Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical or Instrumentation)
