Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer (Fresher) to join our quality team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of quality assurance principles, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving techniques. • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Support quality control activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments.
• Record inspection results and prepare quality reports.
• Identify defects and report non-conformities to senior engineers.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Participate in internal quality audits and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
• Maintain quality documentation and inspection records.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve product quality.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T is an advantage.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Preferred SkillsKnowledge of 7 QC Tools.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as:
• Vernier Caliper
• Micrometer
• Height Gauge
• Dial Indicator
• Basic understanding of SPC, CAPA, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Willingness to work in shifts (12 hours duty)
