Real Estate Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

* Regional Expansion: Identify and onboard high-performing channel partners and brokers within the Western region.

* Property Showcasing: Conduct professional site visits for premium projects to ensure optimal conversion rates from visit to booking.

* Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with existing partners to ensure our projects remain a priority within their portfolios.

* Lead Management: Systematically follow up on leads generated through the partner network to maximize conversion opportunities.

* Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial partner inquiry to final deal closure.

Requirements:

* Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Channel Management.

* Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the Pune real estate market, with specific expertise in the Western region.

* Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to manage premium clients and partners effectively.

* Professional Network: Must possess an established and active network of brokers and agents within the Western region.

* Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are available for immediate joining.
