• Handling Sales Transactions: Processing purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 
• Providing Product Information: Explaining product features, benefits, and usage to customers. 
• Upselling and Cross-selling: Suggesting additional or complementary items to enhance the customer's purchase. 
• Resolving Customer Issues: Addressing complaints, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• Building Customer Relationships: Creating positive interactions to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business. 
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. 

Other Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with Team Members: Working with other sales staff and management to improve store performance.
