Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits
  • Explain pricing, payment plans,and project details
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
