Real Estate Sales Executive

• Generate leads through various channels: walk-ins, online enquiries, referrals,

networking, cold calling, property portals, social media.

• Conduct client calls, understand their requirements, arrange property site visits and

showcase our projects.

• Present and explain project features, benefits, floor plans, payment plans, legal

aspects, timelines, etc.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, address their queries and concerns, and

ensure smooth customer experience until handover.

• Negotiate terms (price, payment schedule, extras) in line with company policies and

ensure documentation is completed accurately.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer-service teams to ensure project

visibility and client satisfaction.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real-estate market trends, competitors, pricing

and regulations.

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities, pipeline

and forecast to management.

• Attend client meetings, site visits, property events and open houses as required.
