V Tech Power Systems is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to promote and sell Diesel Generators, solar systems, batteries, inverters, and power backup solutions. This is a field-based role involving client visits, lead generation, and sales conversion.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Identify and develop new customers for DG sets, solar, batteries & inverter products
🚶 Visit residential, commercial, and industrial clients for product promotion
🗣️ Explain product features, pricing, and installation process
📈 Generate leads and convert them into sales
🎯 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
🤝 Build strong customer relationships and coordinate after-sales support
📊 Conduct market surveys and track competitor activities
📝 Maintain daily visit reports and sales updates
🔧 Coordinate with technical and service teams
