Job Description
Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional office environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
Maintain visitor records and employee attendance, if required.
Provide administrative support to various departments.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors when needed.
Prepare basic reports and maintain office records
