Job Description
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Supervise, motivate, and train store staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual display standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Handle store opening and closing procedures.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock availability.
- Monitor employee attendance, scheduling, and performance.
- Minimize stock loss and prevent inventory shrinkage.
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities at the store.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
