Job Title: Front Office Executive – Banking & Finance
Department: Banking & Financial Services or Back office executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, professional, and customer-focused Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the office.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding banking and financial products.
- Manage front desk operations, phone calls, and visitor records.
- Maintain customer data and documentation.
- Support account opening, loan processing, and other financial service activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for customer requirements.
- Ensure smooth office administration and customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
