Job Description
About the Role
We are setting up a new bakery training school and production unit in Kharadi, Pune. We are looking for an energetic sales and marketing person to acquire new B2B customers and manage our social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Cold calling and cold emailing to acquire new B2B customers (schools, hotels, and other outlets)
- Handle ongoing customer support and maintain relationships with existing B2B customers
- Plan, create, and control advertising on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
- Manage daily sales of bakery products (~50 units/day of the main product plus pretzels and other items)
- Coordinate delivery schedules and quantities with the bakery supervisor and driver
Requirements
- Experience in cold calling / cold emailing / lead generation
- Experience managing social media advertising (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook)
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage own schedule
