Job Description

-         Develop and implement the company's sales and marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.

-         Lead, mentor, and manage regional and branch sales teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

-         Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and formulate effective business strategies.

-         Review sales team structure, roles, responsibilities, and performance to maximize productivity and efficiency.

-         Monitor company growth and implement strategic initiatives to increase market share and profitability.

-         Prepare and present MIS reports, sales analytics, forecasts, and business performance reports to senior management.

Monitor and improve sales processes, operational standards, and customer service across the sales network through regular engagement with regional teams.
