Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing B2B clients for our IT services division. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and offering technology solutions that create long-term value.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling consultative sales, engaging with business decision-makers, and managing complete sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities for IT services and technology solutions.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- RequirementsExperience: 2–5 years in B2B Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to engage with decision-makers and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and business development skills.
- Good understanding of IT services, software development, and technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- PreferredPrior experience selling IT services, software development services, SaaS products, or technology consulting solutions.
- Experience working with mid-sized and enterprise clients.
- Experience in an IT company with an annual turnover of ₹100 Cr+ will be an added advantage.
