Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and performance-driven Sales Executive to strengthen our sales operations in the water pump segment. The role involves managing both field and office-based sales activities, developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting service and maintenance coordination.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently while achieving business targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and market networking.
• Promote and sell water pumps, rental solutions, AMC/services, and maintenance offerings to industrial and commercial clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and long-term engagement.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely follow-up for order closures.
• Coordinate internally with service and operations teams for smooth execution and customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute towards overall business growth.
• Travel within assigned locations as and when required for business development activities.
• Candidate ProfileMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in pumps, industrial products, machinery, equipment rental, or related sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage both field sales and office coordination activities efficiently.
• Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi is mandatory.
• Must possess a two-wheeler and valid driving license for client visits and field operations.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working under deadlines.
