Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, confident Sales Intern who will be the driving force behind our supply-side growth. Your primary mission will be to scout, pitch, and onboard talented photographers, cinematographers, and editors onto the Photographers4u platform. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the ins and outs of B2B sales, community building, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Scouting & Outbound Pitching: Actively identify and reach out to freelance photographers, studios, and visual creators through Instagram & Phone call.

• Value Proposition Delivery: Effectively communicate the Photographers4u vision, emphasizing our commission-free model and how the platform helps creators scale their business.

• Onboarding & Pipeline Management: Guide photographers through the entire onboarding journey—from the initial pitch to setting up their portfolios on our platform.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with the creator community to ensure high engagement and retention.

• Lead Generation: Maintain a clean dashboard/CRM of potential leads, conversion rates, and feedback from the creative community to help optimize our sales strategy.

• Feedback Loop: Act as the bridge between the photographers and our product team, gathering feedback to help improve the platform's user experienced.

Requirements:

• Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch convincingly and handle objections smoothly.

• Sales Mindset: A proactive, hustler mentality with a drive to hit onboarding targets.

• Relationship Builder: Empathetic, patient, and excellent at building rapport with diverse creative personalities.

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media platforms for sourcing.

• Team Player: Willingness to adapt, learn fast, and collaborate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
