Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in IT hardware and solutions.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and power solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients, channel partners, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff to achieve team targets.
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of proven experience in IT hardware sales with exposure to cybersecurity, cloud, and power solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and solution selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
