Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. This is a work-from-home opportunity where the candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, and converting them into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact potential customers via calls, WhatsApp, or other platforms
Explain company services (construction, solar rooftop, vendor registration, etc.)
Generate and qualify leads
Follow up with interested clients regularly
Schedule meetings or site visits for the field team
Maintain daily report of calls, leads, and conversions
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
Graduation in any field
Good communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Ability to convince and handle customers
Smartphone/laptop with internet connection
Self-discipline and target-oriented mindset
Experience:
Freshers can apply
Experience in telecalling/sales will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000/- per month
