Job Description

·        Manage end-to-end sales for multiple developer projects as a Channel Partner

·        Lead and monitor sales team performance and target achievement

·        Handle CP leads, walk-in clients, follow-ups, and deal closures

·        Coordinate site visits and booking processes

·        Liaise with developers for inventory, pricing, offers, and approvals

·        Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reports

·        Ensure proper documentation and smooth closure process

·        Build long-term relationships with clients and developers
