Job Description

Faith Bridge Financial Advisors Private Limited is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our loan sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales executives, achieving business targets, generating revenue, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and banking partners.


  • Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Generate leads through various sources.
  • Handle customer meetings and loan closures.
  • Coordinate with banks and DSA partners.
  • Train and motivate team members.
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
