Job Description
SOLDERING TECHNICIAN
Department-Electronics Production
Reporting To:Production Supervisor
Job Purpose
Perform soldering and wiring activities for PCB assemblies, harnesses, and electronic systems.
Key Responsibilities
•Component mounting.
•Inspection and touch-up.
•Follow IPC standards.
•Maintain workmanship quality.
Technical Skills
•Hand soldering.
•PCB assembly.
•Component identification.
•Rework and touch-up soldering.
Qualification Requirement
•ITI / Diploma Electronics.
•Expert in soldering standards is preferred. (0201 SMD package soldering)
Experience Requirement
•1–2 years experience in electronics manufacturing.
•Experience in PCB assembly and soldering.
