Telecaller

Core Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to pitch products or services and generate qualified leads.
• Customer Support: Handle inbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, process orders, and resolve complaints.
• Follow-Ups: Nurture prospects by conducting regular follow-up calls to close deals or book appointments for senior sales teams.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems with call details, feedback, and interaction notes.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, call volumes, and lead conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills, often requiring fluency in English, Hindi, and local regional languages.
• Soft Skills: Active listening, high patience levels, and strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (like Salesforce or Zoho)

• Sales/Telesales: Focuses strictly on closing deals and selling merchandise or subscriptions.
• Lead Generation: Focuses on cold calling, qualifying leads, and building a pipeline for field or closer sales teams.
• Customer Service: Handles inbound calls to troubleshoot issues and gather consumer feedback.
