Job Description – Telecalling ExecutiveCompany: Acresone Realty Pvt. Ltd.

Experience: 0–2 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain project details, offers, and investment opportunities.
- Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead status and customer information in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Skills Required:Excellent communication in Marathi and Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good customer relationship and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets).
- Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
- Qualification:HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior telecalling or real estate experience will be an advantage.
- Salary:₹16,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Experience & Performance)
Work Location: Baner, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
