Job Description

  • Call leads provided by the Marketing team and pitch Health Insurance and Car Insurance products
  • Use insights from our AI-powered analysis to explain why a particular policy suits the customer, not just its price
  • Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing clearly to prospective customers
  • Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into policy sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
  • Coordinate with the team on daily targets and lead status updates
  • Minimum 2+ years of overall work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
  • Prior experience selling insurance products over calls (mandatory)
  • Must reside in Pune, preferably near Sadashiv Peth or nearby areas
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
  • Comfortable working from office (not a remote role)
