Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated Freshers for the role of Telecaller cum Back Office & Banking Executive. No prior experience is required. Candidates will receive training and will be responsible for customer communication, documentation, data entry, office coordination, and basic banking process support.
Responsibilities
Call customers and explain company products and services.
Generate leads and schedule customer appointments.
Maintain customer records and perform data entry.
Verify basic customer documents and KYC details.
Coordinate with the internal team for banking and finance processes.
Handle emails, office documentation, and daily administrative tasks.
Provide excellent customer support and follow-up.
Maintain reports and update CRM/Excel records.
Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (Any Stream).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Marathi.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
