Telecalling Executive

PROPENGINE REALTECH PVT LTD is a Real Estate Firm working as a Channel Partners at Wakad from last 9 yrs, Kharadi 2 yrs. & Dubai 9 months.

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic Tele Sales team. In this entry-level position, you will engage with potential customers through outbound calls, effectively communicating our product offerings and generating interest. This role presents an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to develop their sales skills and grow within the company.

Office Base Job. Immediate Hiring

Most Communication is in Marathi or Hindi, for freshers we are giving proper training.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products/services.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Answer incoming calls and address customer questions and concerns.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly visits targets.
• Accurately record customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
• Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally.

• Ability to learn product details quickly.
• Strong work ethic, motivation, and resilience to handle rejection.
