Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves engaging with potential clients over phone calls, generating leads, and assisting in converting inquiries into property sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Explain property details, project features, and investment benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update client databases with accurate information.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on client needs and preferences.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident telephone etiquette and persuasive ability.
• Basic knowledge of real estate market trends.
• Ability to handle client queries and objections professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum: 10th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in telesales/telecalling (real estate preferred, but freshers may apply).
