Tele Sales Executive
Job Description:
The Tele Sales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads, explain services, and schedule appointments for client consultations. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain company services.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads.
- Maintain and update the lead database.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and design discussions.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
