Account Manager - New Car Dealers

Job Description:

• We are seeking energetic and dynamic individuals to join our Operations team. As an Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads. This role requires good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Conduct inbound and outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects.
• Gather and document customer information accurately.
• Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and sales.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Eligibility Criteria:Age group between 18- Below 32 years
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Qualifications:HSC - Experience
• Graduation - Fresher
• Proven experience in telemarketing or a related field is advantageous.
