Job Description
Candidates shall be well versed with accounts Tally Prime Gold software, Ms office, Excel advance and responsible for below duties
and responsibilities.
1. Data entry bank, cash, Journals, Bills entry.
2. Daily cheque printing and bank receipt entry.
3. Daily Banks online payments and transfer.
4. Bank Reconciliation on daily basis with daily MIS.
5. Scrutiny of Site expenses, Cash etc.
6. Scrutiny of Labour contractors and respond to billing department as per requirements.
7. Respond to CRM department as per requirement.
8. Queries from flat holders response on priority.
9. Bank & Finance companies loan account reconciliation on monthly basis.
10. Looking day to day affairs of banking transaction and reports and coordinates with bank officials.
11. Assist in Accounts finalisation, statutory Audit & departments assessments etc.
12. GST, TDS, stamp duty online payment and monthly reconciliation of related accounts.
