Job Description

🔹 Sales Executive

Responsible for generating leads, contacting clients, and closing sales. Should have good communication skills and ability to achieve sales targets.

🔹 Sales Manager

Handles sales team, sets targets, and ensures revenue growth. Responsible for strategy planning, team performance, and closing high-value deals.

🔹 Relationship Manager

Maintains long-term relationships with clients, handles client queries, and ensures customer satisfaction and repeat business.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales
  • Handle end-to-end sales process (calling, meeting, closing deals)
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Manage and follow up with potential clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
  • Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support team performance and assist in achieving overall sales goals
