- Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of overall experience
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Education, Training, or Stock Market industry will be preferred
- Compensation Salary+ Attractive performance-based incentives
Key Responsibilities-
- Establish and manage tie-ups with colleges and educational institutions
- Develop partnerships with training institutes
- Franchise distribution
- Arrange seminars, workshop etc.
- Execute field-level business development and canopy marketing activities
- Generate leads and drive course enrollments and sales
- Handle calls, follow-ups, and student conversions
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily reports (EOD submission)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives
- Skills & Competencies Required Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined professional
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
