About Macstation


Macstation is a leading retailer of new and pre-owned Apple devices and accessories. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the store’s day-to-day accounting, billing, and inventory records.


Key Responsibilities


* Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

* Record all sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries accurately in Tally.

* Generate customer invoices and billing through Tally.

* Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in Tally and Excel.

* Record stock inward and outward entries and ensure inventory is updated regularly.

* Verify stock quantities and assist in stock reconciliation.

* Maintain purchase and sales registers.

* Prepare daily cash, bank, and sales reports.

* Reconcile cash collections and digital payment transactions.

* Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.

* Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders as required.

* Organize and maintain all accounting records, bills, invoices, and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with the sales and store teams to ensure accurate billing and inventory records.

* Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the management.


Requirement


* Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.

* Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

* Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

* High attention to detail and accuracy.

* Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

* Prior experience in retail accounting is preferred, but freshers with good accounting knowledge are also welcome to apply.
