Job Description
- Daily Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Invoice Management: Prepare, send, and track client invoices, and ensure timely payment of vendor bills.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations and verify financial discrepancies.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of local taxes (such as GST and TDS).
- Financial Reporting: Prepare basic financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets, for management review.
- Data Management: Maintain well-organized digital and physical financial records.
- Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Accountant or Accounts Executive.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books) and MS Excel.
- Language: Basic English proficiency and good communication skills.
- Core Skills: Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and understanding of basic accounting principles.
