Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances and filings
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits
• Manage payroll processing and related compliance
• Track expenses related to projects, events, and operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation laws
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks)
• Good understanding of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential financial data
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Preferred Qualifications CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience working in education / training / startup environment
