Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities: • Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, bills, and general ledger entries. • Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable regularly. • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax returns. • Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. • Financial Analysis: Analyse financial data to identify trends and potential areas for cost savings or revenue growth. • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Vendor and Client Relations: Interact with vendors and clients to resolve financial issues and discrepancies. • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake other accounting-related tasks and projects as assigned. • Knowledge in GST, TDS, Purchase, sales

Qualifications • UG or PG in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (a relevant professional certification, such as Tally or CMA, is a plus). • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Tally, SAP • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of relevant tax regulations and compliance.
