Role Overview: We are seeking an organized, meticulous, and proactive Accounts & Admin Executive to manage our daily financial accounting and office administrative operations. This role is ideal for a candidate who has a strong foundational understanding of accounting principles, is proficient in Tally, and possesses a keen willingness to learn and adapt to our business operations.
In addition to core accounting responsibilities, you will be the backbone of our office operations, managing key administrative tasks. Prior experience is highly valued, but a strong work ethic, speed of learning, and attention to detail are our primary criteria.

- Employment Type: Full-time
- Compensation: ₹22,000 per month
- Key Responsibilities
1. Core Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Tally Management: Efficiently maintain daily financial records, journals, ledgers, and transactions in Tally.
- Invoicing & Documentation: Generate, process, and track proforma invoices, sales invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans for healthcare institutions and vendors.
- Accounts Receivable & Payable: Monitor outstanding payments, follow up on aging receivables, and reconcile vendor statements regularly.
- Tax Compliance Support: Organize and prepare accurate paperwork, expense vouchers, and primary data entries to support GST and other regulatory filings.
2. Office Administration & Operational Support
- General Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain files, organize digital documentation, and handle incoming/outgoing courier logs.
- Inventory & Supply Tracking: Coordinate with internal teams to track office supplies, sample items, or primary documentation related to ongoing medical distribution projects.
- Coordination Assistance: Assist management by preparing simple commercial summaries, scheduling essential meetings, and organizing internal communications.
3. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Technical Proficiency: Sound working knowledge of Tally (Prime/ERP 9) is essential.
- Accounting Foundation: A clear, solid understanding of standard accounting terms, double-entry bookkeeping, and foundational taxation principles (GST).
- Meticulous & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail. You take pride in neat, error-free ledger entries and well-organized document storage.
- Willingness to Learn: A proactive mindset. You are eager to learn how medical technology distribution and government procurement cycles impact commercial accounting.
- Tools & Mobility: Candidates must possess their own laptop for day-to-day office-based accounting and analysis. Possession of a personal two-wheeler is highly preferred for occasional banking or document clearance visits.
- Communication Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.
- Education: A graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com), Finance, or a related field is preferred but not compulsory.
