Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage vendor accounts, process vendor payments, and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate will be responsible for vendor invoice verification, payment processing, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with GST and TDS regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor master records and ensure proper documentation.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders, GRNs, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice approvals and payment processing.
• Process vendor payments through NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and other banking channels.
• Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices as per agreed credit terms.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile vendor statements with company books of accounts.
• Record purchase invoices, payment entries, and accounting transactions in Tally/ERP.
• Prepare vendor outstanding reports and payment status MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary records and reconciliations.
• Handle vendor queries related to payments and account balances.
