Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients to ensure long-term retention.

Client Communication: Serve as the dedicated day-to-day liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring smooth project delivery and managing expectations.

Account Growth (Upselling/Cross-selling): Identify client needs and strategically suggest additional products, services, or upgrades to maximize account value and profitability.

Issue Resolution: Actively track client health, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and resolve grievances swiftly and diplomatically.

Project Coordination: Work closely with operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure client deliverables are completed on schedule and align with quality standards.

Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance metrics, prepare regular progress reports for senior leadership, and conduct quarterly client reviews.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or a similar customer-facing sales/service role.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to pitch, negotiate, and present ideas clearly.

Problem-Solving: Strong critical-thinking abilities to address unexpected client challenges efficiently.
