Under moderate supervision, reviews instructions from claims analysts for accuracy and opens claims and incidents in the claims management system in accordance with instructions.

Prepares documents for Claims Analysts such as reports for special programs and spreadsheets according to predefined templates.

Under moderate supervision, reviews instructions from claims analysts for accuracy and opens claims and incidents in the claims management system in accordance with instructions.

Adheres to prioritization of processing to meet turnaround time requirements.

Prepares standard status and closing letters based on instructions provided.

Sorts and distributes department mail.
