Supertharrm Globals is a boiler and boiler pressure parts manufacturing company based in Talegaon, Pune. We specialize in design, fabrication, supply, erection and commissioning of IBR certified high pressure boilers and pressure parts for industrial clients across India.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to handle erection, installation and commissioning of high pressure boilers and boiler components at client sites across India. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience in boiler erection and piping work and must be willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Handle erection, installation and commissioning of high pressure boilers and boiler components at client sites
• Supervise and execute boiler piping work including layout, fitting and alignment
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&ID and isometric drawings on site
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams for smooth site execution
• Ensure all erection work is carried out as per IBR norms and safety standards
• Conduct site inspections, punch list closures and pre-commissioning checks
• Maintain daily site progress reports and submit to management
• Enforce use of personal protective equipment and follow site safety protocols

Requirements

• BE / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in erection of high pressure boilers and boiler components
• Experience in boiler piping, pressure parts installation and site supervision
• Familiarity with IBR (Indian Boiler Regulations) is a must
• Ability to read engineering drawings and isometric piping diagrams
• Willingness to travel and work at client sites across India
• Good communication in English and Hindi
