Required Skills
Strong understanding of water hydraulic systems and fluid mechanics
Knowledge of piping systems, pipe sizing, and pipeline layout design
Experience in water pressure management and flow control systems
Understanding of pumps, valves, fittings, seals, and hydraulic components
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and engineering layouts
Knowledge of pressure loss, head calculations, and water distribution principles
Familiarity with PVC, HDPE, MS, and other industrial piping materials
Understanding of water circulation, buoyancy, static and dynamic pressure behavior
Basic troubleshooting skills for leakage, pressure fluctuations, and flow issues
Knowledge of installation, testing, and maintenance of hydraulic and piping systems
Ability to work with fabrication teams and supervise mechanical assembly work
Familiarity with industrial tools, measuring instruments, and safety practices
Basic understanding of motors, pumps, and electromechanical systems is preferred
Problem-solving mindset with practical engineering approach

Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and optimize water hydraulic and piping systems
Monitor and manage water pressure, flow behavior, and hydraulic performance
Prepare and review piping layouts, technical drawings, and system configurations
Coordinate fabrication and installation activities for piping and hydraulic assemblies
Identify and resolve issues related to pressure loss, leakage, flow restriction, and system imbalance
Assist in selection of pumps, valves, seals, and piping components
Conduct testing, inspection, and performance evaluation of hydraulic systems
Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and safe operation of water-handling equipment
Work closely with mechanical and fabrication teams during assembly and commissioning
Maintain documentation related to system design, modifications, and maintenance
Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of existing systems
Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices
