Admission Counsellor

Techmave Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our growing team. The Admission Counsellor will act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive and professional first impression of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and personalized guidance regarding our consultancy services, training programs, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and potential career opportunities. This role demands excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills to effectively understand candidate aspirations and align them with suitable programs and career pathways.

The Admission Counsellor will actively manage and respond to inquiries received through multiple channels, including phone calls, emails, walk-ins, social media platforms, and digital campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and a seamless candidate experience throughout the admission lifecycle.

Additionally, the candidate will guide applicants through the complete enrollment process, maintain regular communication with prospective candidates, address queries professionally, and ensure a high level of candidate satisfaction. The role also requires strong coordination, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach towards achieving admission targets while upholding the organization’s professional standards and values.
