Job Description

  • Admission Counselling & Sales ConversionHandle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and website leads.
  • Counsel students and parents about courses (Foundation, Advanced Batch, Studio Test, etc.).
  • Explain exam structure (NID, NIFT, UCEED, NATA) and career opportunities in Design & Architecture.
  • Maintain lead database and follow-up systematically.
  • Achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and demo coordination.
  • 2. Administrative ResponsibilitiesMaintain student records, admission forms, fee records, and attendance.
  • Coordinate batch scheduling and classroom management.
  • Manage documentation for exams, workshops, and study tours.
  • Handle fee collection and coordinate with accounts team.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the centre.
  • 3. Communication & CoordinationAct as a bridge between students, parents, and faculty.
  • Share class schedules, test updates, and announcements.
  • Manage WhatsApp groups and CRM entries.
  • Coordinate seminars, presentations, and events.
  • 4. Marketing Support (Optional but Preferred)Assist in social media promotions and lead generation.
  • Collect testimonials and coordinate promotional activities.
  • Support in organizing career guidance seminars at schools.
