Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Admission Counselor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of converting leads into admissions through effective telecalling and counseling.

You will be responsible for managing the entire enrollment journey, from making calls to potential students finalizing the admission.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion: Actively call, engage, and convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions.

Telecalling: Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospective leads, providing detailed information about courses, fees, and campus life.

Admission Counseling: Counsel students via phone, WhatsApp, and email, helping them choose the right program.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.

Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions and follow-ups.

Follow-ups: Nurture leads through consistent, professional follow-up communication. 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in tele calling, educational counseling, or inside sales.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation skills.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships, build trust, and rapport with potential students.

Task Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

Education: Graduate in any discipline. 

Timings : Monday to Saturday
