Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students via calls, emails,
WhatsApp, and walk-ins
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Explain program structure, eligibility, fees, learning model, and career outcomes
• Handle end-to-end admission process from inquiry to enrollment
• Maintain accurate records in CRM / lead management systems
• Follow up with interested candidates and ensure timely closure
• Participate in BTL activities, seminars, webinars, and corporate outreach
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and ethical counseling are required
Skills & Competencies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong, convincing, and negotiation abilities
• Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Knowledge of distance and online education ecosystem
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms
