Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Counsellor to promote and enroll students into Online University Programs. The role involves engaging with prospective students, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward suitable online degree programs.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries for online university programs
• Counsel students on course selection, eligibility, and career outcomes
• Explain program features, fee structures, and admission processes
• Convert leads into successful enrollments through effective communication and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM
• Coordinate with university partners for smooth admission processing
• Achieve monthly admission targets and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with students and ensure a high-quality counseling experience

• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (MBA / Education background preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling / inside sales / EdTech
• Strong communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Basic knowledge of online degree programs and higher education trends
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
