Job OverviewTechnobrilliant Learning Solutions is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counsellor for our IT Training & Placement division. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and job seekers about IT training programs, handling leads, converting admissions, and guiding candidates toward successful IT careers.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counselling abilities, and experience in sales or student counselling.

  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Sales & Business DevelopmentPromote IT training and placement programs.
  • Generate admissions through effective counselling and communication.
  • Upsell advanced certification programs when relevant.
  • Maintain high conversion ratios and contribute to company growth.
  • Placement GuidanceInform students about placement support and job opportunities.
  • Guide candidates regarding interview preparation and career paths in the IT industry.
  • Share knowledge about industry demand and hiring trends.
  • CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
  • Update CRM/software daily.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports.
  • Track enquiry status and conversion progress.
  • Coordination & Student SupportCoordinate with trainers and placement teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Resolve student concerns professionally.
  • Ensure positive student experience from enquiry to admission.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills
  • Strong counselling and negotiation abilities
  • Experience in lead conversion and sales
  • Good follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses preferred
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, Google Sheets)
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
