Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications. The position demands proactive management of project timelines and resources, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of application performance to meet organizational goals. The Application Lead also facilitates communication across departments to align technical solutions with business needs, ensuring that project objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Oversee the end-to-end application lifecycle, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Strong knowledge of report design and data integration techniques within business intelligence environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Ability to optimize report generation and improve data accuracy.
- Familiarity with database querying and data extraction methods relevant to business intelligence.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application configuration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
